Attendees will spend Friday evening in the classroom learning skills from instructors at the world-renowned Bridger Teton Avalanche Center. On Saturday morning, they put those skills to work in the field at Antelope Butte Mountain Recreation Area. This workshop is designed for individuals and families who are new to backcountry recreation or for anyone who wants a refresher. If you have a shovel, probe and beacon to Saturday’s field training. Dress appropriately for Saturday’s field training.
