Bring on spring with Dr. Julie Rieder of Science Kids as we take a stroll through pastures and along Big Goose Creek watching and listening for birds as they migrate north to their summer nesting grounds. Learn some beginning birding skills, and build your confidence to tell warblers from finches from chickadees. Spring time is a great time to watch birds, with a few leaves on the trees, and birds all dressed up in their stunning breeding plumage. Dress for weather, bring binoculars if you have then. We will have some, too.
