We all love recreation opportunities. And we all love amazing partnerships. In an incredible collaboration, Wyoming Pathways secured a $50,000 Wyoming Recreational Trails Program grant with help from SCLT to build the Highlander Trail at SCLT’s Red Grade Trails in 2025. This new, tree-lined trail will connect the Aspens Trailhead to the Little Bear Loop, offering visitors and residents up to eight loop options. The Highlander Trail will be designed to enhance the Red Grade Trails experience and provide additional opportunities for outdoor recreation in the area.
Wyoming Pathways and SCLT will oversee the trail’s construction, hire a builder, and ensure the project meets the highest quality standards. We are so grateful for the support of the Wyoming Recreation Trails Program.
