The Sheridan Community Land Trust invites our community to help get Hidden Hoot Trail ready for the season.
Hidden Hoot Trail Pizza Work Night is scheduled for Tuesday, May 2, beginning at 5:30 p.m. We will be done by 8 p.m., though more hands means quicker work!
Volunteers will use hand tools to smooth over hoof prints and make repairs as needed after a long, wet winter. We hope these repairs will continue to make a durable trail tread. Bring gloves, sunglasses/eye protection, sturdy shoes/boots, water, snack and your bike, running shoes or hiking boots to enjoy the trail after. If you can, please bring square shovels, hard-tooth rakes, pick mattocks, McLeods. SCLT will provide tools, instruction, plenty of pizza, extra beverages and fun!
Meet at Black Tooth Park. Come for what you can or stay for the whole evening. The more hands the merrier. RSVP encouraged.
