Over 200 people came out to the Sheridan Inn last Thursday to support SCLT at our Annual Open House. This year, in honor of the completion of the audio CD to accompany the Black Diamond Byway project completed last year, we decided to put a Polish spin to the event with accordion music by Mike Kuzara and Polish food. Everyone enjoyed Polish treats generously donated by local community members, as well as authentic Polish sausages by Legerski’s Sausage Company and Black Tooth Brewing donated beer for the event. We also sold over 300 tickets for our Spring Bounty Raffle with prizes from Honeywilya Fish, Shiloh Valley Family Farm, and more! The event was a great success and made us realize how much SCLT’s work resonates with our community, so thank you to everyone who came out to show their support. We were able to raise over 1,200 dollars for our work and we feel that it was a great way to kick off a new year full of projects and exciting possibilities in Sheridan County!
